I am a Reiki Master, Hatha Yoga teacher, and holistic wellness practitioner with a strong foundation in education, healing, and personal growth. My work is centered on creating calm, supportive spaces where individuals can reconnect with balance, clarity, and vitality.
My healing path began through yoga and energy work. I became a certified Yoga Teacher and Holistic Health Educator in 2017 and later completed advanced training in Usui Reiki, Kundalini Mind & Meditation, and energy techniques. In 2020, I earned my Usui Reiki Master (Shinpiden Third Degree) certification, deepening my ability to offer intuitive and compassionate energy healing.
In addition to my holistic practice, I bring over 20 years of experience as an educator. I hold multiple degrees from the University of Cincinnati, including a Master of Education in Literacy and Second Language Studies,
and have taught at the elementary, middle school, and university levels.
This background shapes my thoughtful, client-centered approach—honoring each person’s unique journey.
Through Reiki, breathwork, meditation, and gentle movement, my intention is to support relaxation, energetic balance, and self-awareness, allowing healing to unfold naturally and at your own pace.
My approach to healing is rooted in years of study and practice across multiple holistic modalities. I'm trained in Reiki energy healing, certified in Hatha Yoga, and integrate Ayurveda-informed wellness practices into every session and class I offer.
But credentials are only part of the story. What matters most is how I use these tools—intuitively, compassionately, and always in service of your unique healing journey. Every technique I've learned, every practice I've studied, comes back to one goal: helping you feel safe, supported, and restored in your body.
I continue to deepen my knowledge and refine my practice because your healing deserves someone who's committed to growth, presence, and truly meeting you where you are.

I believe your body already knows how to heal—it just needs the right support and a safe space to do it. Healing isn't about forcing yourself to "fix" something or pushing through one more thing. It's about slowing down enough to listen, releasing what you've been holding, and allowing your nervous system to finally rest.
You shouldn't have to live in survival mode. Stress and tension shouldn't be your normal. And healing shouldn't feel like another task on your to-do list—it should feel like coming home to yourself.
That's why every session at Realign Wellness is designed to meet you exactly where you are, without judgment or pressure. Whether you're dealing with chronic stress, physical pain, emotional overwhelm, or simply feeling disconnected, my approach is gentle, intuitive, and deeply personalized. I combine Reiki, alignment techniques, and holistic wellness wisdom to support your whole self—body, mind, and spirit.
This work isn't about perfection. It's about progress, presence, and giving yourself permission to heal at your own pace.
All sessions take place at The Sanctuary DermaSpa in Cincinnati—a peaceful, professional healing space designed for your comfort and privacy. From the moment you walk in, you'll feel the difference: soft lighting, calming energy, and an environment that invites you to slow down and truly restore.
This isn't a clinical office or a rushed appointment. It's a sanctuary in every sense—a place where you can exhale, let go, and receive the care and support your body has been asking for.
